The most-requested enhancement is, apparently, the ability to sell cars you acquire as rewards throughout the game. Besides this new feature, there are 2 new mission types -- known as Extreme Convoy and Timed Convoy -- and 20 new missions to complete. Two new cars -- the Lancia Stratos version Rallye and Dodge Charger 1969 -- are also provided with the update.

Bike shops have been added to the map, though bikes themselves are coming in a later update. Previews of upcoming DLC cars can also be seen via the in-game car dealerships. Also on the way are auction house and clothes shop locations -- they're on the map but not functional yet.
