Microsoft integrator Tectura Corp. has acquired the Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG), an Asian consultancy.

The acquisition is part of Tectura"s bid to become the leading Microsoft-focussed partner in the region.

ESG specializes in the implementation of Microsoft business management solutions.

The acquisition means Tectura can now serve clients from 14 offices across Asia, with local representation in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, and Japan.

ESG currently has close to 50 percent market substantially boosting Tectura"s presence in the region.

Tectura"s customer base now sits at 4,000.
