SurF features a "tab tree" which forms as you open or close directories, or move around the file structure of your disk. I find it completely unintuitive, changing seemingly at random and providing no useful navigation function that I can tell. Apart from that, SuRF offers no obvious features not found in other programs. Yes, it's free, but so is Windows Explorer--and there are few useful features in SuRF which are not offered by default in Windows. Reading the help file, which has some translation issues, I did find that it has a somewhat more robust search function than Explorer, and that it can do some interesting things with NTFS file links, but that seems to be about it.

It's free. You may be able to find some utility to it which I did not. That's as much as I can say.
