When is a white iPhone a white iPhone? When it's, uh, grimy. One reason ? Making sure the whites stayed whiter. blogger Nick Bilton compared a new white iPhone 4 with a prototype model obtained from the factory. The difference? The prototype showed far more discoloration--although, to be fair, that may be because it was in some dude's pocket for eight months.
