We, as gamers and Marvel vs. Capcom fans, would like to see the inclusion of Stan Lee as a playable character in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Either, included in the original retail disc release for all platforms or as DLC. We understand the legal and financial hurdles this may pose and agree to purchase the game to help recoup any extra costs associated with this request. Marvel and Capcom please consider this request as we would find it a fitting and proper tribute to Mr. Lee for all He has done in his illustrious career.

At time of press, the petition has five 15 total signatures -- up from five a mere 10 minutes ago. Let's see how many it collects by the end of the week.

Note: We're pretty sure the elevation of Mr. Lee to god status in that last line is unintentional.
