The Omni Group said OmniWeb, OmniDazzle, OmniDiskSweeper, and OmniObjectMeter are all available with no licensing restrictions and are fully functional. The company said none of the applications are currently under active development.

"As a small company with limited resources, we have had to make some difficult decisions about where to focus our attention as our business continues to grow," said Ken Case, CEO of the Omni Group.

The company still has numerous applications under active development including OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, OmniPlan and OmniFocus.
