Episode 4 of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead lives

11.10.2012
We love zombies. Correction: we love zombies. That's why we're excited that : Episode 4 - "Around Every Corner" was  today on PC with little warning. It seems that the latest episode of Telltale's point-and-click game takes a turn for the macabre, as the walking dead have become the slayers (I promise, no spoilers). If you've been playing The Walking Dead since the series began, you've survived three action-packed and emotional episodes; the group has changed, loyalties have shifted but the captivating drama and tension of the core game remains the same.

Sure, there's about 2.4 billion games to play right now (, Dishonored, Borderlands 2 with the new Mechromancer DLC) but The Walking Dead: Episode 4 is at the top of my priority list. I'm a sucker for story and continue to get more excited as the five-episode game nears its completion.

Throughout the previous episode my group suffered--a lot. As the new episode begins, Lee's ragtag group heads into Savannah in search of a boat to escape their dead(undead?) foes but may get sidetracked by Clementine's need to find her parents.

On top of the infectious flesh-eating zombies roaming around, there are other threats that may be more terrifying in the world of The Walking Dead. Paranoid survivors are constantly on edge, ready to make fatal mistakes, and an anonymous human presence is stalking Lee's group from the shadows of Savannah.

Telltale has , stating that the first season of The Walking Dead will be a five-episode arc that ends before the end of the year. Every episode has led to more drama, more impossible decisions to make and a lot of death. I can't wait to see what horrors await the group in a big city, and am ready for any twists to knock me on my butt.
