When holiday promotional e-mail from Verizon listed the Motorola Droid 2 as having a 1.2GHz processor, we were mystified. Among the listed specifications of the was a 1GHz TI OMAP processor. But the Droid 2 Global has a 1.2GHz processor so was the Droid 2 getting some sort of upgrade? Or was it simply a mix-up by Verizon? When the side-by-side as having 1.2GHz processors, we decided to investigate.
