Coca Cola Amatil moves to digital invoicing

07.03.2006
Coca Cola Amatil, a supplier of beverages in Australia, has inked a three year multichannel document delivery services contract to transition 50 percent of its retailers to digital invoices and statements within 12 months.

The deal with ConnXion is subject to the completion of a successful testing phase.

By deploying ConnXion's technology, CCA will give its retailers the option to migrate from paper to digital delivery of documents such as statements, direct debit notifications, and equipment hire invoices. This should result in faster and easier processing for customers. This strategy supports CCA's aim to provide customers with improved processes that make doing business with the company as easy as possible. ConnXion's CEO David Colvin said CCA's shift from traditional paper-based delivery in favor of multichannel capabilities is representative of a broader market trend toward digital options.

"It is also evidence of our growing traction amongst multinational corporations," he added.

ConnXion has started the establishment and testing stages of the deployment, with the full capability expected to go live in May.
