Tuesday, confirmed the teasers of a "skinny" creature carrying a red light, armed with a "glass-cutting tool" who was responsible for kidnapping little girls around the world. It appears that Big Sister (note: singular, not plural) will be heading down to the underwater city of Rapture to take care of business.
