Apple sued over iTunes gift cards

Apple is under fire for changing pricing on iTunes, but leaving old iTunes gift cards on shop shelves.

The company is being sued because these old iTunes gift cards still list all songs as selling for 99 cents each.

Barbara and Daniel Owens of Illinois have sued Apple in a Southern District, East St. Louis court, saying that they (and other customers) could have been mislead by the $15 card they bought in mid-May.

The plaintiffs want Apple to refund the 30-cent difference for every $1.29 song they bought while using a card advertising the 99-cent price, according to .
